Full Time
$80,000 – $90,000 per year

MCM Sales & Service, Warrnambool is searching for its new Manager.

This opportunity will see you manage our team across our 3 departments – Parts, Sales & Service.

You will be a highly motivated customer service-orientated business leader who is passionate about identifying opportunities for growth and development in our team.

 

 This Position is Responsible For:

  • Efficiently managing & directing all aspects of the branch to ensure maximum efficiency & profitability.
  • Leadership and Team Development
  • Lead the team & financial performance.
  • Motivate employees & set appropriate individual & team performance goals.
  • Conduct performance appraisals.
  • Foster a positive work environment.

 

 Departmental Objectives, Strategy & Financial Management

  • Develop budgets and strategies in alignment with the organisation’s financial and operational objectives.
  • Uphold & guide margins in accordance with approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Review financial reports

 

Relationship Development

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction. Work with all departments to know the customer’s current and future expectations

 

  You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Established experience (2+ years) in a leadership retail/ service role, with full profit and loss responsibility in a similar role.
  • A highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive leadership style.
  • Knowledge of Outdoor Power Equipment and/or Motorcycle Dealership business operations is advantageous.
  • High emotional intelligence, the ability to work well in a diverse, fast-growing business.
  • A passion for building a high-performing team and delivering great results.

MCM Sales & Service is South West Victoria’s largest STIHL, John Deere, Royal Enfield & Suzuki Dealership, located 3 hours south west of Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road.

We currently have a position available for a Qualified Motorcycle Mechanic. 

We are looking to employ as part of our team a Qualified Motorcycle Mechanic, preferably with Classic Harley Davidson Motorcycle Experience. 

Are you looking to be recognised & rewarded for your experience, your remuneration will be negotiated to reflect your experience. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on motorcycles and OPE
  • Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and technical issues
  • Keeping detailed records of work completed
  • Supervising role for our Apprentice
  • Maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety protocols

What we’re looking for

  • Formal qualifications in Motorcycle Mechanics or relevant trade experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Confident using computers and will be required to engage in customer service and occasional sales support as part of the role
  • A passion for motorcycles and a desire to provide exceptional service
